Statement of the Job description of Relief Section of the Directorate of Relief and Rehabilitation

 Section-Relief-01                        

• Allottment of all kinds of Relief goods like GR, Cash, GR, Rice, GR wheat  HB  grant Sarees   Lungi, food Stuff, C.I Sheet etc.
• Preparation & submission to Broad sheet Reply against the audit objections  raised  by the accounts audit  Department.
• Administration & protocol of Relief Wing.
• Cyclone preparedness activities & different task of NGO related activities.
• Callection of detailed damaged report  from Dist level evaluation, Consolidation of the damaged  report and maintenance of the Accounts of different Relief goods allotted for the purpose .
• Management of non local Camps allotment of Relief goods for them & all other related work in this regards.
• All activities relating of Adm. of Emergency Relief operation.

 

Section-Relief-02 

• All work Relating carrying of the allotted   Relief   goods to the  respective place from the Relief Godown.
• Release of the relief good  coming from abroad  Carrying of the Same &  Storage in proper way
• Collecting of Stock Reports from different  Regional & Dist Relief godown & Consolidate the Same for  onword transmission
• Purchase & Collection of Relief goods as & when necessary.  
• Engagement of C &F contractors for Dhaka , Chitt, Khulna  Zone .To  Release the Relief goods for different land , Sea  , Air ports by them &  carrying of the said  relief goods though the  carrying contractors from the  please of .arrival to Relief godown . To make payment Bills of carrying  contractors, as per contract with them after of carrying of Relief goods ,
• Disposal of Relief goods becoming useless unfit for use.
• All activities relating to Rescue  Boat like maintenance & operation of the same.
• Mangement of the Relief Godown at Dhaka, Chit, Khulna & all others  place. of country .
